Favorite Stadiums

Nothing makes a game better than being in your favorite stadium.

MLB: Old Busch Stadium (By far the best place I've watched a baseball game, the arch in the background, the desgin of the stadium, and big mac land)

NHL: United Center (I've been to a game in Ottawa and Toronto and it still doesn;t beat the hawks games nowadays. the best national anthem in all of sports is at a hawks game)

NBA: I've only been to a Bulls, Pacers, and bucks game, none of which were impressive

NFL: Only been to a bears game

NCAAF: Johhny Kent's favorite, MICHIGAN STADIUM. any place that holds 107,000 people and leaves its doors open in the off season is unbelievable.

Others:
-Olympic Stadium in Lake Placid, New York where the miracle on ice took place
-The Globe in Stockholm, Sweden. Craziest/most unique architecture ive ever seen, when you walk in it feels like your walking into a ufo, and it is visible throughout the entire city

  1. MLB-Fenway Park (the place is unbelievable. The atmosphere is unlike any other. Plus, ambiance and history is one of the coolest things I have ever experienced. And the fans are intelligent and into the game.)

NCAAF-The Rose Bowl (With the mountains in the background and the beautiful stadium, watching football there is the coolest thing I've ever experienced.)

    NCAAB-Any tournament site is awesome

  2. NASCAR- Daytona Speedway
It is one of those places that you have to go to. It is a once in a life time thing. This track is one of the most cleanest tracks that you would ever go to. The fans that go are really friendly but of course that they got to have their support for their favorite driver or team of drievrs. It just seems like that everyone is family their.

Short Track Racing- Rockford Speedway (one of the tracks I race at)
This track may not be mantained very well but it does have it's history. The fans their are one of the crazy brunch you will ever see. They cheer for everyone that races even fun bike races. From seeing the fans from within the track, they are so focused and so into the racing. It is one of those tracks that will be there forever.

  3. i'm a big fan of older stadiums so i really do not like many arenas in the NHL or NBA right now,

ill go old school with the NHL- Chicago Stadium, nothing like it
and NBA- Boston Garden, place was something else with the parque floor

NFL- loving the new arizona stadium, really cool place

MLB- always a wrigley guy but fenway is pretty sweet too

NCAAF- bowl games def go to rose bowl but i dont think its too strong for UCLA games but for reg season i love almost all sec/ southern stadiums but ill take florida as tops among that. penn st for a whiteout is sick as well. mich stadium is so overrated, they seat ppl right on top of eachother and the noise just goes straight up so it's not even that strong of an advantage

NCAAB- allen fieldhouse is something else at KU, mac court up in oregon looks like a sweet place for a game as well

  4. NASCAR-Indianapolis Motor Speedway (only one i've been to, but it's huge and sweet. plus, i've heard it's cool at the INDY 500. and, 2.5 miles? the longest one or something of that sort? it's a really cool sports site.)

  6. NFL - I've only been to Soldier, but I enjoy the atmosphere

MLB and MiLB - Wrigely is still on top for me, but I've also been to Miller, Minute Maid, U.S. Never Sells Out, AT&T, Hoho Kam, Cahsman, Tuscan Electric,Phoneix Municipal, and Scottsdale Stadium

NBA and NCAAB - United Center, Bradley Center, Lantz Arena in Charleston, and Thomas and Mack Center at UNLV

NCAAF - Memorial Stadium, Ross Ade Stadium, and O'Brien Field top the list for me. I've also been to a D3 University of Chicago vs. Oberlin game, but the field was smaller than Fremd's.
